 Through consulting sessions – along with the use of  NLP and Hypnosis I help guide you through the difficult times, both in your daily life and at work. You will emerge feeling more comfortable in your skin, able to deal with the day to day rigours of life and corporate life. Many clients, once they have worked with me, come back every 6 months or so for an update and check up to stay on top of things, so they are ready when life happens!
